6 v 4 (Blue: 4 MFs + 2 STRs. Red: 1 GK, 2 DFs, 1DMF)
1. Trigger for server is double movement from any MF (image shows a combination starting with CMF) . Passing combination from the MF. In this example, CM dictates direction and bounces the ball with wide MF, who switches to the other side.
2. After the SWITCH has taken place, wide MF drives forward with the ball and delivers a cross.
3. Players communicate on attacking runs.
IF Reds win the ball they have 8 seconds to score in one of the mini-goals on half way.

2. Work the ball into a wide area
3. Look for a CM or CB to become free and the link to switching play
4. CM/ advancing CB to switch play
5. WMF beats defender to deliver cross
6. Attacking players score

-Receive ball on half turn and with back foot, to play with front foot

Players working in groups of 3 (realism - 3 MF's in 4-3-3 formation)
1. Trigger for server to start is a double movement from central player to come and receive the ball.
2. Server passes to central player, who receives on back foot and chooses which direction to play.
3. Central player travels with the ball in one direction and/or passes (a bounce pass) to a wide player in one end zone.
4. On receiving the return bounce pass, central player switches play to opposite end zone.
5. Wide player moves to create space and score in mini-goal
