Description
-Players work in a 5v3 possessionrondo, with four attacking players on the outside [one central], and threedefending players inside.
-Attackers aim to make 6 passes,with no more that 2 passes excluding the central player.
-Defenders aim to win the ball, withthe defender that wins it swapping out for the attacker that loses it.
Progression
-Add/Reduce defenders or attackerswhere necessary to make it easier or harder.
-Expand/Reduce the area size.
