Warmup
Part 1
Without ball - activation movements: Lunge + twist 5yd then jog to end, Side/Lateral Lunge 5yd then jog to end, Single leg squat while sliding other leg behind and to the side then switch sides, dynamic movements (ie shuttle thru cones, lunge thru rings)
With ball - 1st Right inside outside cones, then half circle around ring(using cut/hook), then same thing other ring, then spring while dribbling to last cone then return.
Part 2
4v4+4N OR 5v5+5N (Based on training numbers)
2 touches, 10passes = 1pt
CP -
width and depth in possession
block passing lanes find someone to mark when out of possession
