How the activity works:

-Red passes the ball to blue. Blue players are now on offense and try to score in red's goal. If red wins the ball, they can try to score in blue's goal. If there is a goal or the ball goes out of bounds, the players switch lines.

Coaching points:

-Encourage use of skill moves

-Attack with speed

-Good first touch when recieveing the ball

-Firm pass across to opponent

-Defender in an athletic- side on- position

-Defenders curve their run to force the ball outside

-Ask players to plan what they are going to do when in line (pick a move)

Create a competitive environment by keeping score! You can also add a time limit to score.
