Instructions: Runner has to make thru a gate, thier chose. Tagger has to tag them before they make it thru the gate
Coaching Points: Runners, Could we make a turn and go thru the other gate?
Progressions: Rotate playes to try out both runners and taggers. Alo switch team around to make it more exciting
