Stage 1

He takes 1st touch and passes to his teammate on his right and so on. As ball comes back to where drill started Player B steps in and recieves pass and he alternates with A each time the ball goes round.

Stage 2

Fundamentals of drill are the same. Only change is use the 2nd cone and create a gate of 3 yards directly behind where original cone was. Player A starts on outside of diamond all other 4 teamates position themselves next to cone in the middle of the diamond. Player B when instructed by Player A, makes movement between cones. Player A passes the ball through the gate to B. Once the ball is passed Player A makes his way into the middle of the diamond with the rest of his teammates.
