Game: 5v5 in Middle with 4 targets next to goals. To socre must find targets and finish from roll backs
play games to 3 goals and rotate teams. field size should be about 20 yards wide and 40 yards long can be bigger if players are struggling.
Coaching Points: Runs once ball finds targets. finding target early to have space to run into.

Game: 8 attacker all Field player without #4&5.. Rest of player on opposite team either 3/4 in back then 1 or 2 MF. Working on creating scoring chances in the final 3rd. Goals worth 2 points if served in from the two zones marked by cones.
Switch player roles every 5-7 minuets
Coaching Points: FInding passing Lanes. Trying to draw team to one side then switch to score.

Warm Up
In the Warm up we are focusing on attacking Centrally, Combinding and finishing with a finese shot. 3 different combinations show to work on.
Set up 1: 1 passes to 2 and overlaps- 2 passes into 3- 3 lays off for #1 the applies light pressure from back to #1 (not trying to win ball but force to get head up and finish quick). Rotate in numerical order
Set Up 2: 1 plays into 3 who is checking for ball- 3 sets back to 2- 2 plays through ball to #1 for finish
Set up 3: 1 Plays to 2 and overlaps (3 checking away at this point), 2 plays into 3 and makes diagon run through middle. 3 sets ball to number 1- 1 plays ball through to number 2. 3 aplies back pressure to number two.
Coaching Points: Timing of runs. Accuracy and weight of pass, Communication
