POSITIONING GAME (3v3+3)
Explaination
players look to keep the ball in their colour, objective of the team is to transfer the ball from one bouncer to the other to score a goal.

TRAINING GAME (5v5+2)
Explanation
5v5 game with two mini goals. each team has a defensive bouncer that plays with their team only. if a team scored a goal, the ball starts from their defensive bouncer.

PASSING PRACTICE
Explanation
player on the outside passes the ball to the player in the middle, who then passes the ball to the other free player on the outside of the big box. Player on the outside move to a different edge of the outside of the box once they have made thier pass into the middle.

- can you stand in a position where you can see your next pass and the ball?
- can you receive on your back foot?
- can you have an open body shape?
