Set Up:
- 2 defenders, 1 in each square
- 2 attackers.
Rules:
- the 2 attackers play a 2vs1 and try to get the ball to the other quarter
- defenders are only allowed to defend within their square.
- If the attackers reach the other side they then attempt to come back. If they loose the ball they become the new defenders.

Small Give Go:
- 2 players
- 1. side way pass
- 2. lead at a 45 degree angle for a line ball
- 3. Play ball down the line
- 4. Shoot
- Repeat on the other side (right to left and left to right alternate)
- The player who played the ball down the line will become the player who plays the give & go
Large Give Go:
- 3 players involved
- 1. Play the ball sideways
- 2. Play a Long ball down the line for a timed and curved lead (Receive on the Run!)
- 3. Lead for a top D goal shoot
- 4. Pass the Ball back to player top of the circle
- 5. Shoot

Set Up:
- 2 teams of 6 players (3 playing, 3 resting)
- square in the centre of field with balls and umpire/coach
- 1 player of each team on the left side of the goal
- 2 players of each team on the right side of the goal
Game:
- on the whistle the attacking player on the left side can start running with the ball
- the defending player has to touch the cone behind them, then they can start defending
-> these 2 players have to run past the left side of the cone square
- in the mean time all 4 other players (2 attacking, 2 defending) can start running
-> these 4 players have to run past the right side of the cone square, they try to get ahead of the ballcarrier to either support the attack or defend
- It is open play after this initial phase.
-> Keep playing for 1 minute, if the ball is out of bounce the coach feeds a new one
