Set Up
20x20 yards. Small Goals on adjacent sides. Cone to mark scoring zone which is 7 yards from goal (blue line).
Rules and Conditions
1v1. Defender is live as soon as ball is played. Attacker to try and score in either goal. Defender to win ball and force it out or dribble over either line opposit the goals to score.
