Screen 2
Set up: Sq with 4 different colour cones & mannequin in middle, position 4 goals around outside or 2 big goals.
Format: 1) Players starts at mannequin, on coach call player will receive a pass & dribble to colour sequences called out by coach always going around mannequin after each colour. At end of sequence player passes ball back to coach & repeats. Player will perform different dribbles and skills set by coach with 1/2 different skills to focus on per session
2) Same as before but after completed colour sequence they shoot at the closest goal.

Screen 3
Set up: as show with hurdles, ladders/hoops, poles, mannequins & target goal.
Format: 1) player makes angle to receive & shoot opposite goal
2) Back to middle & then opposite side angle to receive & shoot at opp goal.
3) sprint to hurdles & move over & through ladders.
4) sprint around pole & back to start to repeat the drill.

Set up: As shown in diagram, 2 Mannequins, ladders, poles/cones, target goals.
Format: Player pass & move around the mannequin, coach to set how many times,
On completion of set passes dribble around a corner pole & leave the ball their, fast feet through the ladders & back to start, work alternative poles upon completion of passes.
Progression: After dribble around pole strike into goal facing.
Key points: Movement, communication, passing, dribbling, striking.
