ORGANIZATION

GRID 40 X 30 - AREA OF 10 X 10 ( FOR 3X1)

DESCRIPTION

Starting playing 3 x 1 at shaded area, upon 5 passes , make the transition into 3 x 2 ( two defenders will create the delay for a 3 x 3.

If the defender intercep the ball they will play a 3 x 3 against the other team ( upon the players in the middle loose the possesion they will be out defending the next rondo)

DESCRIPTION

team 1 plays a 3 x 3 , after 5 passes they made the transition to find their target man , upon transition two players will join the receiver and one defender can drop back to create a 3 x 2, if the defender intercep the ball , make the transition on the same way, they have to play 3 passes and transition to a target player to create a 3 x 2, where the opposing team will drop 1 player

DESCRIPTION

GROUP OF 2 PLAYERS SIDE BY SIDE FROM 1 PUG, they will serve the ball for the attacking team (group of three defending the three pugs) the ball has to be played inside the semicircle, soon the attackers make the first touch , game is on, they will attack the goal on 3 x 2, if the defenders intercep the pass they will attack any of the three pugs, defenders will get 2 points attacking will get 1 point.
