Playing the way you face + Open up body:
1)A pass to player B. Play one two, Player B works to receive open and play the way they face. Player A finishes by running thru gates to become next receiver. Restart pattern from other line.
Situation: Finding target 9, they can not turn so they play the way they face. Then open up body to move forward.
2) Working on turns:
Player A passes to B, B takes outside foot touch to turn and pass back to player C, follow pass, so A ends up going thru gates to become next receiver.
Situation: Example when 10 receives ball from 11, to attack weak side they must turn.

2v3+Keep in Zone A : Play 2v2 In Zone B
Only target players in the attacking half can make runs into middle channel to look and receive. If no turn, can you find a pass back in zone A to play forward?
Defending team not allowed into channel B.
Variation: Defensive player can make supporting run into the attack.

11) 75% Sprint there, walk back
