Setup:
16 Players ( 4 groups of 4)Explanation:
Back 4 are in there default position, when Coach says a colour cone, the team must react put pressure on the cone as if the cone is the ball carrier (then reset).
Focus on reaction time and shape of the defense with 1st defender putting pressure, 2nd/3rd cover and 4th balance. also compacting the area.
Progression:
Make 3 groups of 5 (1 of 6) to include a 6, continue drill with the 6 involved and how the defensive shape looks when the 6 is added in
Make 2 groups of 8 with 4 defenders 4 attackers, attackers move the ball amongst them when the coach blows his whistle attacking team can try to score after 4mins swtich attackers and defenders

Setup:
16 Players ( 2 groups of 5 v 3)Explanation:
Team in the middle is defending, they can send 1 player to try put pressure on the ball carriers.
Team in BP (Blue) has to try make 10 passes before they can score in one of the small goals.
Progression:
team in middle can send more then 1 player to try win the ball.
team in BP gets a point for each time a pass breaks the middle channel (through 2 players)
