FiFa11+ (10 mins)

Method: All are done in sets of 2.

Part 1 - 

Jog

Hip Out

Hip In

Circling Partner

Shoulder Contact

Quick Forwards and Backwards

Part 2 - Stretches. All 30 seconds

The Bench -  3 sets

Sideways Bench - 2 sets

Hamstrings - 1 set

Single Leg Stance - 2 sets (Swap leg on second set)

Squats - 2 sets

Jumping (vertical jumps) -  2 sets


Part 3:

Across the pitch running open too 75 percent (Stride).

Bounding on way back every 6 Steps.

Plant and Cut thru cones used in part 1.

Coaching Points:

A good warm up with injury prevention included.

Method: 

Start at A following coach instruction as above, return on B as coach instruction.

one round of A + B back equals 1.

We start at 5.

10 is max ever and what we will be building up too.

Coaching Points:

This Drill is too build fitness and also teach players to use their breathing correctly.

Killer Pass Rondo (10 mins)

Method:

1 touch pass and move only.

Players try keep possession and when get a chance they try play the killer pass aiming to knock the ball off the centre cone.

If player misses they go in the middle.


If defending player "Nugmegged" they stay in middle whole Drill.


Coaching Points:

Fast pass and who can read the play to open up the killer pass.

Balance teams as per Players.

If more than 22 add extra player(s) to double sixes or give extra CF.

Can introduce 2touch Pass.
