Training Objectives:

Warm-up: 12 minutes
3v1 Rondo: 3 sets of 3 minutes. (30 sec rest)
Turning: 3 sets of 3 minutes. (30 sec rest)
1v1 Dribbling: 3 sets of 3 minutes. (30 sec rest)
1v1 Attacking: 5 sets of 3 (30 sec rest)
5v5 game: 3 sets of 6 minutes. (1 min rest)
Interval Cardio: 1 set of 8 minutes
Cool down: 8 minutes

Organization:
1. 7x7 grid size.
2. 3v1.
3. Plenty of balls.
Instructions:
1. Players will be involved in a 3 v 1 rondo activity.
2. Objective: Possess/retain away from defender.
3. If players complete 10 passes on a row without losing possession, central player stays in.
3. Dynamic Stretches will included during the warm up.
Coaching Points:
1. Technical sharpness
2. Accuracy & Pace of pass.
3. Supporting player on the ball (correct angles & passing lanes)
Progressions:
1. Must take 2 Touches.

Set up
Set up a 10X 10 yard diamond as shown.
Organization
Part A: Players will be set in a station (6 Players per group) and practice on the ability to protect the ball, by turning with the ball. P1 will distribute to P2, who will recieve and attack the space to turn. (Inside Turn & Outside Turn).
Part B: Players will be set in a station, where P1 will distribute to P2 and P3 comes in behind
Progressions
Player 2 passes the ball across to P2 and passively presses the cone that the player dribbles to before having them turn away. Progress up to full pressure - make it competitive for beating the defender.
Coaching Points
1. Attacking quickly on the Dribbling approach (Small Touches).
2. Approptiate technique to turn away from pressure. (Inside Turn/Outside Turn).
3. Arm (L-Shaped) on the opponent to protect the ball.
4. Maintain the ball at the furthest foot to protect the ball while turning to shield. (Keep the ball moving)
5. Knees bend (low-center of gravity).
6. Body between the defender and ball to retain the ball.

Organization:
1. Set up as shown (12x12)
2. 6 players per grid.
Instructions:
1. Players dribble towards "defender" & perform single/double scissors.
2. Continue pattern.
Coaching Points:
a. Dribble at defender in speed.
b. Use Laces (Toes dow n)
c. Outside (Toes dow n and in)
d. Perform skill 2-3 yds away from defender (longer distance, the longer the move takes)
e. After beating defender accelerate (change of speed) to create separation from defender.

Organization:
1. 30x20 area with 5x5 square in center.
2. Players distributed evenly as shown.
3. Attackers (shown in black) with balls.
4. Mini goals & Gates set up at ends as shown.
Instructions:
1. Attacker starts with the ball.
2. Defender is live on attacker's first touch.
3. Attacker looks to score on either of twogates by dribbling through.
4. Before scoring, attacker must enter center grid.
5. Defender is not allowed to leave grid once inside it.
6. If defender wins the ball, he looks to run across and score on mini goals.
7. Players return to same lines. Rotate every 2-3 minutes.
Coaching Points:
1. Positive first touch - take space quickly.
2. Head up to assess pressure.
3. Drive at defender at speed.
4. Selection of move, fake, or feint.
5. Timing and execution of selected technique.
6. Accelerate away to lose defender - Ronaldo.
Progressions:
1. Defender starts in center grid.
2. Defender is allowed to enter and exit center grid freely.

Organization:
1. Setup as shown (40x30)
2. 5v5.
Instructions:
Players play 5v5 Tournament. After each game points will be collected for different results, reaching cones first, competitive mindset.
Game scenerios will be places in each game. (i.e blue team down by 1-0) - All games will last different times. Some games will last 4 minutes, some will last 1 min and a half.
Points as follows:
1: 0-0 game - winner: 3 points.
2. 0-0 game - tied: 1 point.
3. 1-0 game - team that starts with 1, wins by ONE: 1 point.
4. 1-0 game - team that start with 1, wins by TWO: 3 points.
5. 1-0 game - team that starts with 0, ties: 2 points.
6. 1-0 game - team that starts with 0, wins: 5 points.

Organization:
-Cones placed 5 meters a part for a total of 20 meters with 4 cones placed on each side of the grid 3 meters from the interior cones.
-Movements at 50 %,increase load/% as you progress
-Movements will be done 2x each, except jog (3x) and accelerations (2x)
