Area: half field area with 4 cones, 3 pog goals and 1 big goal
Duration: 25 minutes
Build up team play 1-4-2 versus 3 opposition players
Play begins with the GK beginning play with a pass
Build attempts to dribble or pass ball into small goals, turn-ove 3 opposition attack the goal until a resolution
Progression
add more players on both sides to increase the decision making of the goal keeper
