Movements
Aim
To have the GK's continue to make positive movements around the goal area and getting into an early set position and be ready for any incoming shot or further movement as required
Equipment

Collect the cones
Aim
To have the GK's making a series of short, sharp movements where they will be required to stop and start a lot in order to collect all their cones before the other team
Instructions
Each team starts at a corner, they will enter the square 1 at a time and collect 1 marker and return to that corner when the next person can go
Losing team to have a punishment
Progression
Collecting 5 markers each - will require GK & coaches' help to keep this one going
1. Only allowed to move backwards
2. Hands behind back (even picking up the marker)
3. Diving on a marker and getting to feet (left & right)

Kris-Kross
Aim
To have the GK's doing a series of sit-ups and throwing the ball to their oppo
Instructions
Both GK's are sitting on their bums facing each other.
They will throw the ball to alternate sides of the other GK making him dive to each side, as they rise back up they will throw the ball again
Progression
The GK's will rise to their knees and perform this action from their knees - speed will be needed to get back into position before the ball is back.

Move & Set
Aim
To have the GK making a large movement to get into position to receive the shot on goal
Instructions
The GK has to work his way from the halfway line, down the cones by:

Fastball
Aim
To have the GK making a lot of circle movements before having to move quickly into their goal to save a shot
Instructions
c1 will throw the ball to the GK who will catch, turn and throw the ball to c2, c2 will repeat as fast as possible (simple throw, dive to sides) x10
On command, the GK will sprint into his goal and touch the red marker with a foot before turning and getting inline with the ball to save the shot
(careful for GK's getting dizzy)
Progression
1. The GK is given less time to set for the shot
2. A 2nd shot is taken from close to c3 (p1)

Chase the ball
Aim
To be fast and score - or do I defend??
Instructions
2 small goals and 1 ball
Each GK to start at a post.
On command, they run all the way around their goal trying to get to the ball 1st to score
The winner stays on !!

Aim
To have the GK's making decent passes to each other and supporting play by following the ball
Instructions
The GK's will form a large circle with 1 ball within.
They will pass the ball between themselves and then follow the ball to the destination to there is always movement to watch out for when passing the ball
Progression(s)
1. 2/3 ball being used at the same time
2. Ball(s) in hand and being thrown to each other
3. Chasing the ball around the circle
