Organization/Rules:
Now we're going to play again but this time the person who is getting the emotions stacked on them should share when it's getting to much to prevent them/the emotions toppling over. Another person in the team can offer to take some of the emotions to release some of the pressure.
Sample Discussion Questions:
What are the benefits of talking about how we feel? How does it feel when we share our feelings? Why are men intimidated or scared to share their feelings? Does society tell men they can't show emotions? Why or why not?
Possible Progressions/Variations:
- Could make certain emotions heavier by making them two stack etc

Potential Theme/Length of game: Emotions - 15/20mins
Organization/Rules: Split the group into teams of 4/5. One person has to stand still like a scarecrow. The person at the front must call an emotion, they then run the cones, grab and item, run back and stack it on the scarecrows head. Players who are waiting their turn can have a discussion and try to think of emotions as they wait. The second person then calls a different emotion, does the same then stacks it ontop of the other item. Players keep playing until the stack of emotions topples over, or they cannot think of any other emotions. Now play again but ask them to try to stack the emotions on different parts of the body, how many can you get on the player?
Sample Discussion Questions: What were some of the emotions we thought of? What was happening as the game went on? Was the game easier when we were holding more or less emotions? How does this relate to life? Do men talk about their emotions enough? Why or why not? When we feel emotions, what parts of our body do we feel them in? Is anger felt different in our bodies than happiness? Why and where?
Possible Progressions/Variations:
- If participant doesn't want to stack items on their head, the can try to balance the items with one hand
- How can we play this game with less equipment?
