Attacking: 

- Pass or dribble forward when possible / Move the ball to next zone ASAP (Time/Space)

- Support player with Ball (ala-fixo)

- Create 2v1 (Numbers up)

Defending:

- Stay involved

- Stay in front of the player with ball

- Protect the goal - Mark player or space - Protect middle channel

Technical Warm Up (10 mins)

Description:

Half of the group with a ball / half without. Make a move and pass the ball

Player without the ball should be moving - Shuffle, back paddle, running

2' x 4 reps x 30 rest

HAVE 4 TEAMS WITH EVEN NUMBER BEFORE YOU START THE ACTIVITY

Round 1

Blue cone - Sole and Delay

Red Cone - Turn and face

White Cone - Tik Tak 

Round 2 - Partners

Blue cone - Sole and Delay - Give and Go

Red Cone - Turn and face - Give and Go

White Cone- Give and go

Coaching Points:

Position - Head up scanning the court

Moment - Possession

Decision - Take the ball to the space

Speed - Dbbling, passing and moving with game speed

Activity 1 (20 mins)

Description:

5v3 transition game

3' x 4 reps x 1' rest

Coaching Points:

Moment - Restarts with Goalie

Position - 

 - GK - bowling the ball (keep it low)

 - Alas - Width (find the side lines to create space)

 - Fixo - body position to receive the ball from goalie. Support alas when the have the ball

 - Pivo - Depth (Mid line for this activity). Follow the side of the ball.  

Decision - When to move the ball forward (time and space)

Speed - Keep the ball moving
