5v3 transition game
3' x 4 reps x 1' rest
Coaching Points:
Moment - Restarts with Goalie
Position -
- GK - bowling the ball (keep it low)
- Alas - Width (find the side lines to create space)
- Fixo - body position to receive the ball from goalie. Support alas when the have the ball
- Pivo - Depth (Mid line for this activity). Follow the side of the ball.
Decision - When to move the ball forward (time and space)
Speed - Keep the ball moving
