1. Close dribbling session.
Start at cones.....
beat the mannequin, ball one side, run the other....
Through the gates, ball only, player to go outside....
Player choice, either finish through end gates or play ball through, run round and tap in.
Sprint back to the start, collect another ball and go again.
2. Explosive work.
Balls based at various points of the circuit, work explosively from station to stasion, leaving and collecting balls as you go.

1. Dribble ball through cones, finish first time.
2. Dribble ball through cones, finish first time.
3. Collect ball, play 1-2 with coach, finish first time.
4. Collect ball, play first time finish through poles.

Warm up,
Perform an exercise in the box (as below) for 30 seconds, then dribble out round the pole and back, straight onto next exercise.
Repeat cycle until all ten exercises have been completed.

7. Mountain Climbers

2. Active Recovery
Move straight on to box number 2, complete a series of keepy uppie challenges as directed by coach.
Intention of this is to keep the body moving whilst player recovers his breathing and lowers heart rate.
