Set Up: 3 mannequins set up in the left, right center of the top of the box. 3 small cones set up 12 yards away from each mannequin.
Player B checks away from player A, checks back and turns around the mannequin and shoots. Players rotate clockwise.
Coaching Points:
1) Keep shoulders over the ball
2) check away slow, check back at pace ( create space!)
3) Hit the target

Set Up: 3 lines shown in the diagram(A,B,D) one disc cone set up in center of the box. 4 disc cones set up as a dribble slalom down right flank.
Directions:
Line A shoots a stationary ball, then checks to cone C and receives a pass from Line B. Players A plays a wall pass to player B who shoots. Then both player A and B recycles their runs around cone C and make runs to receive a cross from line D. Players rotate clockwise.
Coaching points:
1) Focus on hitting the target.
2) Keep shoulders over the ball
3) Time runs ( don't be early)
4) get hips around on the cross

Set Up: 3 attacking lines as shown on the diagram. 2 defending lines next to posts.
How to:
1) Player D starts the set by playing a ball out to Player A. Players a takes on Player D 1v1. After that is done, Player E plays a ball to Player B. Player A and B attack Player D for a 2v1. After the ball is shot or stolen. Player E plays a ball to player C. Players A, B, and C attack Player D and E for a 3v2. After a shot or defense steals the ball. players ABC rotate clockwise, and defensive players recycle back into line.
Coaching Points:
1) Get creative with movement off the ball
2) Attack with speed
3) Play using good defensive principles.

Set Up: mini field 40 yards long. Each team has 2 lines (one on each side of the goal)
The drill starts with the coach serving a ball to the red team. The red team attacks the two defenders. If the Red team scores the drill resets with the next two in line. If the goalkeeper saves it, he distributes the ball to the defenders who then become attackers. The agility sticks at half field tell the coaches which team to play the ball to depending on where it goes out of bounds.

3) use proper defending principles
4) play at game speed
5) shoot often and accurately.

Pass/Recieve Finishing (15 mins)
Set-up: 2 lines next to the post, two disc cones 2 yards outside the box.
Progression 1: player A plays a diagonal ball on the ground to the inside of cone 3. Player B receives the pass and finishes with the left foot (two touches). After player B shoots, they recycle to line 1. Players A then runs out and around cone 4 and finishes using the right foot.
Progression 2: Same as progression one, just using one-touch finishes.
Progression 3: The pass becomes a lofted ball that the shooter must settle before finishing.
Coaching points:
1) complete the drill at game speed
2) Keep shoulders over the ball
3) Focus on hitting the target (Make the Keeper make a save)
4) Hit firm passes
5)Focus on the first touch that sets up a shot
