Pass, go around cone, pass back.

Switch sides.

To make more challenging, as coach passes ball shout left or right.

Player in middle of square, passing back and forth.

Coach shouts color cone, player dribbles ball around it and back to middle.

Passing back and forth, when coach shouts a color, player must touch that cone before coming back to center to start passing again.

Player runs through ladder, around mannequin, plays ball back from position 1 (A), then another at position 2 (B), coach shouts left or right, player does 1-2 with coach at that pole (C), then jumps over 2 hurdles, runs around opposite side pole, 1-2 with coach (D) and then jumps the two hurdles. Now back to start.

Can also have player take ball around mannequin before passing back to coach.

Screen 6 (10 mins)

1-2 with coach until coach shouts Left or Right (maybe reverse which one is which if you want to make them think a little more).

At "right" player will dribble ball around that pole and shoot on opposite mini goal.

One way is to pass it into them at the pole and have them take a touch out of feet before shot.

Can always use more of a shooting drill by laying off ball for them after going around pole for 1 touch finish.

Another progression is once they get to pole you do more 1-2's until you shout "go" in which that is their que to shoot
