Set Up as shown. 3 groups of 8 or 9
Player A,1 and 2 all start with a ball.
Cycle begins with A who passes to B. As soon as A passes, she jogs towards player 1. Player 1 plays a pass in to A and jogs to end of line B. Player A one touches to the next player in line 1 and proceeds to the back of that line.
Meanwhile, once player B received the initial pass from A, they play a pass to the next person in line at A and then jog towards player in line 2. Player 2 plays B a pass then jogs to the back of line A, player B one touches to the next player in line 2 and proceeds to the back of line A.
Note: Passes going between line A and B are 2 touch. Passes in centre from 1 to A and 2 to B are one touch.

Setup: 3 grids 15x15 or to suit age. 8 or 9 or players. (If 8 then 5 attackers, 3 defenders holding pinnies. If 9 then 6 attackers, 3 defenders holding pinnies) pinnies). Place an attacker on each side of the square and additional attacker(s) inside. All defenders are inside the square.Place a small pug net or gate in 2 opposing corners of the square
Activity: Attackers play the ball around to each other keeping it away from defenders. Outside attackers must stay on the outside and defenders and central attacker must remain inside. Attackers can earn points by making 5 successful passes as long as one of the passes goes through a central player.
Defenders can score by winning the ball and combining to score in either pug net/gate. Only the central attacker(s) can use this time to try and win the ball back.
Rotate defenders and central attacker every few minutes.

SSG allow free play with limited stoppage. No throwins, no goalies, small nets.
Regular 6v6 or 6v6 with a neutral if odd numbers.
Scoring conditions
1. Attacking- In order to score, your entire team (except goalie if playing with a goalie) must be in the opponents half.
2. Defenders-If the opponent scores and you don't have all defenders in your own half, the goal is worth 2.
This will encourage movement off the ball offensively and defensively.
