Football/Soccer Session (Academy Sessions): Pee-Wee's - Striking the Ball Game

Pee Wee's - Hit It! (15 mins)

Set Up:

• 8-10 players
• Players positioned as shown in the diagram 5-7m away from the balls in the middle

Instructions:

• Players attempt to strike the ball and knock over the balls placed on top of the cones in as little attempts as possible
• Record the number of attempts it takes the whole group to knock over all the balls 
• In the next turn, the group must try to knock over all the balls in less attempts 

Variation:

• Change the distance from where the players strike the ball from (Easier: Closer - Harder: Further away)

Superhero Role:

• Encourage desired actions - Striking the ball with accuracy!
