Organization: 60*40 grid (cross field). Two large goals and two 8*8 "free zones" set up on either side of the GK. Supply of balls beside each goal.
Activity: Regular 7v7 game (each team plays 1-2-3-1). Adjust according to numbers. Main condition is that attackers have maximum two seconds to play in the free zones without being challenged (whilst in possession). Focus is on the movement from the midfielders. Reward a goal with possession from own GK. Manage substitutions. Restarts are with the GKs.
Coaching Points:
1. Mobility - create passing options and space for teammates (especially midfielders).
2. Speed of play.
3. Communication.
4. Timing of runs/passes.
5. Penetration - can we break lines? Over, around and through.

Organization: use of a half field at North Park (mainly central area marked by the corners of the box through to halfway line). One large goal, two small goals at halfway line, on either side of center circle. Supply of balls outside main goal. 7v6 favour Red who play 1-2-3-1 vs. Blue who play 2-3-1.
Activity: Red look to successfully build out the back centrally through their two CBs and score on the two small goals at half. Blue look to win the ball back and have 8 seconds to attack the large goal. All restarts with the GK.
Coaching Points:
1. Open body position - receive to play forward.
2. Mobility - move as the ball moves to create passing options or space for others.
3. Support - provide options for teammates, including using GK as an option if can't play forward.
4. Penetration - break lines of defense and, when needed, change the point of attack.
5. Speed of play is key in Zone 1 as well as protecting the ball.

Organization: 50*40 field (cross field). Supply of balls along the outside and in the goals.
Activity: 3 teams - Play 6v6 (including GK) King's Court. LOTG apply, including retreat line. Each team plays 1-2-1-2. Perhaps some coaching over, but otherwise allow for free play. Winning team stays on. Teams manage substitutions.
Coaching Points: Reinforce key factors and objectives from the session.

Organization: Set up two, 20*20 grids. Supply of balls on the outside.
Activity: 5v2. Blue attacks 5v2. Initial objective is to simply keep possession. 10 passes = 1 pt. Red look to win the ball and play to the coach or target player on the outside. Switch defenders every two minutes or as soon as they break up two attacks.
Progression:
Limit touches.
Can add four mini goals - blue looks to score.
Coaching Points:
Proper angles and distance of support.
Open up - pass to back foot.
As ball moves - wide players provide width (disperal front and back).
Patience on the ball.
Recognize when to penetrate - through, around or over. If not, then look to switch the play.
