Description

Organisation (Practice Layout & Transition) - 55x65=275m2 per player.

Specific - Starts with CBs playing 3 passes between each other and then the drill starts live. Red must try to score 1st time into the small goals using a 4-3 formation whilst the Blues defend in a 3-3.

Transition to SSG - Small goals removed, White line removed to create bigger area size and 2 CBs join Blue and 1 ST joins Red. Both teams now play into 11 aside goals with a goalkeeper in each.
