Organisation - Players unoppossed Movement to recieve from 1 end and play to another team mate on opposite end. Must be of a fast pace - change player in middle every minute.
- Must receive ball in a different square each time
- Triggers to move
1 - Recieving and playing straight to endzone
2 - Using bounce it player to combine then playing to the end.
P - Players on the outside can rotate but must have a player at either end all the time.
- Bounce it players must play of 1 touch ( Magic Man - Must receive in new square )
P2 - Players now play 1v1 in the middle and the teams work together to keep the ball, players on the outside can not tackle eachother only 2 working in the middle.
