Organization:
2v2+2 neutrals in an area of 25x20 with one counter goal at each end.
Instructions:
The blue play pass the ball to either white player and two player from each team playing 2v2 plus the 2 neutrals on the sides of the grid, players must combine and make a give and go before scorring.
Coaching Points:
- Use of combination to penetrate.
- Good angle of support from player without ball (2nd attacker).
- Create space behind defender by commiting the defender before making wall pass.
- Change speed after passing the ball.
- One touch to pass back the ball into the space to make it faster.
- Verbal and visual comunication.

Organization:
40x25 yards with two gates at the end of each side.
Instructions:
4v4 players are aimimng to keep possession and combine before scoring in either gates by dribbling thru or shooting. the team that makes a give and go and score gets 5points if they score with no give and go they get 1 point.
Coaching Points:
- Quality technique of passing & receiving.
- Create space behind defender by commiting the defender before making wall pass.
- chage speed after passing the ball.
- One touch to pass back the ball into the space to make it faster.
- Verbal and visual comunication.
- Principles of attack.
Progression:
- add two neutrals on the sides of the grid.

two teams of 7 bleu and white, one team in 1-2-3-1 formation and the second in 1-3-2-1 formation.
