Hockey Session (Under 16s): 1v1 - 2v2 - 3v3 - 4v4 - Continuous Transition

ORANGE starts with the ball on the 25. They begin the exercise by passing the ball once between in each other. One ORANGE player will attack the circle and try scrore. If ORANGE is tackled and turned over by BLUE it immediately becomes a 4v4 and BLUE attack in the opposite direction and ORANGE defend. Blue may only score by passing or running through the beacons on the sides of the field. IF Orange turn the ball over again it remains a 4v4.

IF ORANGE scores the 1v1, a coach will give the Ball to the other ORANGE player on the 25 to engage in a 2v2, IF turned over same thing - IT BECOMES a 4v4. IF Orange 2v2 score, a ball is given to one of the side line oranges and becomes a 3v3, If they score another ball is given to a side line orange and becomes a 4v4. If the ORANGE 3v3 is turned over it again automatically becomes a 4v4.
