Organization:
-divide area of 60x20 yards into 3 equal zones (see diagram)
-3 teams of 4 to 5 players
-balls
-pinnes and cones
Instructions:
-3 teams (1 team in each area)
-coach serves the ball into the RED team or BLACK team who keeps possessions of the ball while 2 BLUE Players from the middle zone come and defend
-RED players need to make 5 passes in a row before they send a long pass (on the ground) to the BLACK team; who in turn try to do the samething
-BLUE Players rotate defenders all the time
-Team losing possesion will go to the middle zone and become defenders
-Team who send a long pass after 5 consecutive short passes win a point
-If ball goes out of bounds, the coach serves another ball in the opposite third
Key Coaching Points:
-good 1st touch
-body position, move before your receive pass, open angles and decision making
-pace, accuracy and weight of pass
-head up at all times
-speed of play
-communication (demand for ball)

-play on half of the field with 4v4+ GK
Instructions:
-2 to 3 touches possession game, after 5 passes the attacking team tries to score
-when the ball goes out, always restart game from center line
-each team get 5 minutes of offence and then switch

Organization:
-3 players, 6 cones and 1 ball
-see diagram for set-up; approximately area 10x20 yards
Intsructions:
-Player A passes the ball to Player B (1) who checks in and passes back to Player A (2) in the position where Player A moved
-Player B moves ater passing to Player A, to create a Triangle with Player A and Player C
-Player C moves as well
-After receivning the ball, Player A makes a long pass to Player C (3) who is in a Triangle position with Player A and Player B
-Pattern repeats and make sure players are constantly in a Triangular Shape
Progession:
-use non-dominant foot only
-ball in the air
