  • 4v4 + 1 N

Instructions:

  • Large goal 2 mini goals.
  • White: Build up team
  • Black: Press team

Instructions:

  • Ball starts from keeper.
  • Build up teams look to connect, score in mini goals.
  • Press team go to big goal. If they can win in opposition half and score, worth double.

  • Attract to break lines.
  • Active of the ball, create angles, connect passes.
  • First thought forward.
