Organization
- Set up is two 20 x 30 fields
- Play 3v3 on both fields
- 16 players = 1 sub for each team that works different ball manipulation while off the field
Activity
- 3v3 with the emphasis on dribbling with the ball and attacking players 1v1
- Have balls around the outside of the field so the game is continuous
- Add a 4 second riule to get the ball back in play

Organization
- 15 x 20 field
- Starting player at the side of the goal
- Receiving player 15 yards from goal
- Attacker 20 yards from goal
Activity
- The starting player (1) passes the ball to the receiver (2) who takes a poor touch
- As the ball travels to the receiver the attacker closes the ball
- On the receivers bad touch the attacker takes the ball and drives in to goal
- The starting player now becomes a defender and defends 1v1 against the attacker
Progression
- The receiver touches the attcakers strating cone before recovering to make 1v2
Coaches Emphasis
- Travel as the ball travels
- Drives at the defender with speed
- Change of directions
- Us eof the body to beat defender

- The players play 7v7 with the encouragement to be positive and attack 1v1 where possible
- Coach has limited step in but is encouraged to coach over

Warm Up (5 mins)
Organization
- Players split between the 4 corners of the square
- Anything over 3 players at each cone then create a new square
- Square is 20 x 20
- One cone set in in the centre of the area
Activity
- The players manipulate the ball in different ways to get in to the centre square
- Insides, toe taps, sole roll, inside outside,
- Work each manipulation for 2 minutes
Progression
- Players dribble with laces touches in to the middle cone before performing a turn at the cone
- Inside/Outside hook, drag back inside, drag back outside, Cruyff, Stepover, Fake pass
- Work each turn for 2 mins
Coaches Emphasis
- Soft Tight touches on the way to the cone
- Technique in the turn, bend knees, explode out, fake first movement
- Accelerate away
