GK Steps into Gate made from Pole and post. Coach calls pole or stick. GK must shuffle/crossover and touch before dealing with collpase dive service immediately in other direciton. Then get across goal to deal with shot from server 2. 4 rounds each GK then switch sides of goal.

Technical Warm-Up (25 mins)
GK always starts in line w/server 1 (coach if youngers) between cones. Then moves through cones w/assigned footwork into gate/cone and stick to deal w/service or action. 4 rounds each direction (8 total times through).
A (Orange action). GK deals w/scoop from coach, 1 foot over cones facing forward. In the gate plays 1 or two touch pass to server.
B (Red action). GK Deals w/basket catch service from coach, front smother service from server 2 or 3 after forward and back through cones in set shape.
C (Red Action). GK deals w/Volley from coach for contour catch. Turn and slalom through cones. Get set between cone and stick; then deal w/low collapse dive on the ground to far stick.
D. (Orange action). Same as C except dive service is for Mid Range Collapse Dive.
CPs
-Technical decisions and handling: Shoulders to the ball, drive hands/head to the ball, toe points in direction of the dive, knee drive as well.
-Body, heads, and hand behind the ball.
-Quality and efficiency of movment.
-Weight and accuracy of pass
-Eyes finding the next ball.
