Two players receiving the ball should draw a defender in, make a U run and then the one additional other attacker comes to receive the ball from space left from one of the two strikers positions.
The thrower can throw to the first attacker who has moved the U shape OR pass to the 2nd attacker depending on where the defender goes.
This will turn into a 3v3 end zone game. First to 2 wins.
Grip & Start – Hold ball with both hands, thumbs behind, ball behind head.
Feet – Both feet on or behind the line, on the ground at release.
Body Position – Face the field, shoulders square to target.
Throwing Action – Overhead motion, use core and step forward for power.
Accuracy & Awareness – Pick target early, communicate, and throw into space.

Practice 1 - 2v2
The players are in a 15x30 rectangle. 2 players on each team.
One thrower and one other player on their team is stood in one half, two players from the other team are in the other half. One player from attacking side will move into the half to receive the football and the defender will need to stop this player from receiving the football.
