Organisation
2 teams in a 35m x 30m area with 5m x 30m channels. Ball always restarts with the coach who serves the ball in. The team objective is to switch the ball from one channel to the other without losing possession to unlock and score in the goals. Only 1 player from the possession team is allowed in each channel at a time. Defenders can enter the channel only when the ball is passed into the channel by the possession team. When there is a change in possession the now defending team must get out of the channels and the new possession team needs to get a player from their team into each channel as quickly as possible.

Organisation
Two teams inside a 35m x 30m pitch, each team with a ball and two neutrals on the outside of the pitch with the game being continuous. Play starts with the neutrals passing to a team each respectively. The teams in the pitch need to pass the ball from one side of the pitch to the other with the final pass being to the neutral. The neutral will return the ball back to the same team and that team will pass the ball back to the neutral on the other side. Every player must receive and pass the ball before playing a neutral. Neutrals are restricted to 2 touches. Change neutrals frequently and during change overs incorporate dynamic stretching.
Progressions- Non dominant foot only
- One touch passing only
- Every player is not required to pass the ball before passing to neutral.
- Set a number of passes each team must make to reach the neutral for a set time before changing.
