Description
Pitch split into three zones
Midfielders to make forward pass into the striking zone, or could they shoot from a distance to catch the defenders out!#
Attackers to work in pairs facing the midfielders, when they have to receive the ball they have three options (1) turn and shoot (2) dribble into the defensive zone (3) play a pass onto their striking partner so they can run into the defensive zone
Defenders are defending two small goals, they have to work as a team to protect the goals, if an attacker enters their zone, one defender attacks and the other defender sweeps up and protects the goals
