3v2 Attacking overload (20 mins)
Field set up:
28 steps wide.
35 steps long.
2 teams, split according to video.
1) The coach plays the ball to one of the blue attackers, as soon as the ball is played the yellow defenders can move.
2) The blue attackers have 10-15 seconds to score.
3) If the yellow defenders win the ball, they have 5-10 seconds to score in the opposition mini goals.
4) Once a player has scored or the ball goes out, all players return to the back of their lines.
Switch the attacking team after 5 minutes.
Competition: Which team can score the most goals after each attacking and defending.

Small sided game: (20 mins)
Three teams, two teams on, one team resting.
Feild set up:
24 steps wide.
24 steps long.
Big goals.
Deepest player can use their hands when saving a shot.
1) Balls will always start from the goal (when the ball goes out).
2) 3 minute games.
Note: Promote creating overloads and shooting as much as possible.

Shooting
Shooting - Laces technique (20 mins).
Field set up:
Cones placed 5 steps apart.
2 teams, split according to video.
1) Coach says "GO"
2) The first player from each line dribbles the ball around the outside of each cone.
3) Once the players have past the righthand side of the final cone they strike the ball (right foot) with their laces into the left hand corner of the goal.
4) After scoring or missing the players need to run and collect their ball and return to the back of the line.
5) As soon as the players have collected their balls the coach says "GO" and the next players go.
Progression 1:
Players will make a circle around each cone with the inside/outside of their foot before proceeding to the next cone.
Progression 2:
Players will perform different movements at each cone (step-over, V turn, L turn)
Progression 3:
Switch to left foot shooting. The cones will need to be re arranged accordingly.
Competition:
Race: The first ball out of the two players to hit the back of the net wins.
