Organization - 2 grids of 20Wx15L - and one channel in the middle 20Wx5L. 5 teams of 3 players

Game - Attacking players look to progress the ball to opposite side (3 points through the lines / 1 point around shape).
Focus team is the defensive team. We are looking for quality defensive actions. (1v1)
Attacking team needs to complete at least 3 passes before they can try to send the ball to opposite grid.
Score - Defensive team score a point for every block or interception
Constrain to provoke 100% (Intensity/effort)- the attacking team can find opposite grid in the air.

4. be aggressive - do not allow the attacking player bring his head up

Defensive team structure (3-2-1)
Game objective: Develop defensive team communication to create horizontal compactness to deny progression of the ball centrally
Scoring system -
ATT - if attacking team is able to play the ball in all 3 channels before scoring = 3 points (In to out concept)
Progression - to provoke more pressing actions
DEF - If defensive team recovers the ball in z1 and scores = 2 points
CP's / Feedback
1. First line of defender needs to communicate which are of the field we want to force the ball to (non verbal)
2. 2nd line of pressure (look for cues to press after 1st pass (When/ Where/ How)
3. 3rd line needs to provide vertical compactness (follow players in and do not let them turn)

Game - We will have a space divided into 2 equal sub-spaces. The aim is to keep possession of the ball and move from one sub-space to the other through passing. The players on the sides will always move to be in the sub-space where the ball is.
