First 2 players from each team sprint around bottom cones and look to receive pass from coach and play a 1v1 can score into any of the 4 goals

For example if goal is scored by the Red player scores he must get around bottom cone again to play against the next Blue player

Winner stays on if ball goes out of play both players leave rejoin there team and next 2 players go
