Middle third Transition 5v2+2N
Upon ball entry into box opposite color (red or blue) look to press ball.
Red look to complete 3 passes and then posses into middle third through x2 N, 3 reds then support into middle third with x2 blue still pressing to win ball back. Red's then look to do the same in middle 1/3, completing 3 passes and then look to play back to the red box to waiting two players.
If Blue win possession they look to play back to blue box, they can utilize x2 N to do so if needed.
Progression:
to hard, make it 2 passes instead of 3
