Set Up:
2x 15 yards in length boxes
Two teams line up in pairs back to back across the halfway line (or cones).
Coach calls out a colour, (e.g. here coach may call out Blue. The blue team must get to their end line before their red opponent tags them)
If the opposing player tags them before they reach their line they get a point for their team. Coach must keep score.
Mix up pairings so each person gets to go against different opposition.
Progression - add in a soccer ball if you wish?
