- Lying on their arms and toes
- Straight body for 30-45 seconds
B- Ball Hamstring
- Lying on their back
- Use soles of your feet to slowly move the ball forwards and backwards
C- Push & Lateral Lunge
- In pairs
- Player stands on one foot perpendicular to their partner
- Partner pushes on they land in a lunge position with the opposite foot
D- Shield the ball
- Player A shields the ball while player B attempts to get the ball
