Organization/Setup:
- 8 field players + GK in a 40yx30 field space
- 3x 5'. 4' recovery time
Instructions/Achievement Criteria:
The exercise involves a 4 vs 4 match plus goalkeepers in a small field.
The goal is to create a signature.
At intervals of 45sec, at the signal of the coach, the players sprint in the direction of a post placed outside the field, and then return to the pitch again in sprint.
Player sprint the opposite cone on the side line ( the farest cone)

Instructions/Achievement Criteria:
The players outside try to keep possession with the help of the neutrals. Quick transition from defensive to offensive when they win the ball.
This is a position-specific breakout game, where two teams of four – Team A and Team B –compete against each other to complete six successful passes between themselves with the aid of three neutrals. The game it is limited to two touches.
After the six passes are completed, the team in possession looks to break out of the marked area towards either goal.
Once a shot is taken, there is a 3-second delay to allow the players for recovery runs.
The 3N player are position same as their game role CB, CDM/CAM, 9.

Organization/Setup:
This is a 6v6 + GK small side game. A GK, 2 CB, 3 midfielders and 1 striker attempt to penetrate in behind the defensive line. The pitch is marked into 3 vertical zones. The center zone it’s where the player with have possession and organize the finish. The two end zones areas are to penetrate in behind, the mannequins provide extra opportunity to break lines and run off the blind side
