Screen 1 (20 mins)

Sprints

10 yrd : Player marks 10 yards out. Player then sprints 10 yards and walks back slowly. Repeat 5 times

20 yrd: Player marks 20 yards out. Player then sprints 20 yards and walks back slowly. Repeat 5 times

30 yrd: Player marks 30 yards out. Player then sprints 30 yards and walks back slowly. Repeat 5 times

-Players should perform sprints at maximum effort

-Maximise recovery between sprints by controlling breathing on walk back

-Take 2 min rest when 5 sprints are completed before moving up to longer distance.
