Instructions:
Players Divided into 3 or 4 equal teams.
Players dribble out to the turning zone, using messi touches, they turn in any way they like and get a shot on goal, they then join their teamates inthe end of the line and the next player goes. Each team goes at the same time.
Coaching Points:
Keep your weight over the ball.
Strike through the ball, making sure to land on your shooting foot.
Keep your toe pointed down, and keep it down through the follow through.
Strike the ball with laces or the "sweet spot" (the hardest part of your foot, off center to the inside), the main point is to strike it through the top of the foot, not the toe if possible.

Organization:
Two goals (PUGS as posts if necessary), with a "jail" (the box set by cones) next to it as shown.
One cone or gate in front of each goal, distance varies with age/ability.
Two teams (2 GKs switch off shots against opponent), one team in front of each goal.
Instructions:

If the player misses, he/she goes to jail.
A player can come out of jail (one at a time) if their teammate scores a goal.
The team wins when all the other team's players are in jail.
The coach can yell jailbreak at anytime, to free all the players in jail to keep the game going longer if needed.

Ghostbusters (20 mins)
Organization:
20x yard circular area as shown
5x yard circular area as shown
1 ball per player
1 pinnie per player
Instructions:
he Ghosts (players) have taken over NYC (larger circular area)
The Ghostbuster (coach) must try to make the city safe again by ridding the streets of ghosts by shooting them with his ghostblaster (striking his ball at the players hitting their knee or anywhere below).
If a Ghost leaves the city or is hit by ghostblaster they are turned into a Ghostbuster and collect their ghostblaster (ball)
Game ends when there is one ghost left
Coaching Points:
- Try to get as close as possible to a Ghost before shooting your blaster.
- Make sure you know where in the city to look for the Ghosts are by looking up.
- Try to make sure you aim for a Ghost and not just shoot your blaster when you can as it may end up in the other side of the city and take a long time for you to get it back.
Progressions:
The ghostblaster will only work if use it properly (using designated part of foot – inside or laces, if players use their toes then their blaster miss-fires and won't capture the ghost)
