3 teams set up. Coach in the middle with all soccer balls exept 2.
Objective: teams in possesion have to complete 6 passes in a row to get a point. Defending team has to disrupt passing by touching the ball. 1 defender touches the ball and switches out with defender waiting in channel. the same goes on on the opposite side.
switch defending team after 2 min. How manny points does each team have total after 2 rounds in possession and 1 round defending?
Team with the least amount of points does push ups.
Coaching: Main: Pressure cover and defensive communication
Attacking- players give with and depth. invite pressure. When to play 1 touch. When is short option on?
Coach play a ball in if one is kicked out to keep flow of the game going.

Phase: Rondo/monkey in the middle
Set Up: 2 teams - 2 boxes are st up with goals with a chanel in the middle. Size will depend on the numbers. Coach has the remaining balls.
Action:first team to score goals with the numbered groups win.

Focus on the build out variations, centrally and wide. Find the mini goals. Defending team plays to big goal with urgency. 20 sec to score. ball can start from coach live or on a goal kick
