3 teams - Red on the outside (1 red in the middle) and blue in the middle work together to keep possession
Yellows look to win the ball back
The team that loses possession switches with the Yellows and the game continues quickly
4 mins play, 1 min rest x 3 sets
Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
R1 - All in no restrictions
R2 - Outside team can not pass to each other
R3 - Must play a central combination

Can we receive under pressure, when do we bounce, when do we turn, when can we switch and open up the play

R1 - 2 games 4 v 4, when the 1st goal is scored pitches join to make it an 8 v 8 = 4 mins
R2 - Start the same as above, when 2nd goal is scored a 3rd goal is played for, however players need to stay in the half there were stood in when the goal was scored = 4 mins
R3 - All in 8 v 8 game = 8 mins x 2 half's

Group Fitness (10 mins)
Players split in half,
Group 1 work on the outside - 30 seconds keep ups at the end of the pitch, 30 seconds to run to the opposite side - 4 mins work
Group 2 work in the middle - 6 seconds run full capacity with the ball, 8 seconds jog /recover with the ball x 3 sets, 8 seconds run full capacity with the ball, 10 seconds jog /recover with the ball x 1 set - Repeat 4 times = 4 mins work
Teams switch so players have a total of 8 mins work
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
Can you keep the ball up for the full 30 seconds
Can you use both feet when going at full capacity, are you aware of the spare around you while recovering so you do not run out of the grid
