Part 2 - 6 v 3 Rondo
Setup : As we wanted a high intensity due to FCT, area was reduced for speed of play, technical decisions and execution
15m x 12m with SSG goals ( 4 groups )
6 v 3 Rondo - 1 minute work in the middle, aim is to score when the ball is won
3 Colours in the grid - Blue and Yellow play against Green for 1 minute and we keep score.
Then they swop around. When green win possession they can score, and blue and yellow can defend.
Defending principles : set traps, win the ball, cover and support
Attacking principles : keep possession, pass to the correct foot, movement in the grid.
Conditions as follows
1. Def 3 players can win the ball and score
2. 6 players on the Rondo - 10 passes was a goal - we kept score

Part 3 - Modified FCT due to secondary objective
FCT 11 v 11 ( 4 x 12min ) we determining the Zero ) point for the players as this is their first FCT. Due to the number of players they were split as follows, and assess Trialist ( 2nd Obj )

Core First Team Players - Team D ( This team did a SSG for the first 2 FCT blocks on the Top field as I was not sure what the loading was for the week with the first team, but we included them in the FCT ) for the last game and to ensure we continue to build communication with the group with the first team.

Football Conditioning. - FCT 11v11 ( 4 x 12 )
Warmup - Intensive ( 20 min )
Activation with the ball between 2 players - 3 min
Coerver Int warmup - Running with the ball, 1 v 1 - 30 second runs
Coerver Int Warmup - Technical skills - High intensity ball between 2 players
Focus on building the intensity, running with the ball, change of direction, change of speed as well as technical work
1000 touches before training - recoivery was juggling the ball on different parts of the body after the 30secons of work
