Conditioned Game (30 mins)
Organization:
- 40Wx50L depends of the number of the players
- 4 gates (1 on each corner) and 2 big goals
- 3 x 10' rest 2'
Instructions:
- 8v8 + 2 neutrals
- both teams in 1-3-1-3 formation
- both teams can score by dribbling through the gates or shot on goal
Coaching points/Questions:
- Dribble vs pass - move/commit the opponent

- Dribble vs pass - play in to play out
